What to do next:
We require payment of the full deposit to secure the property. The deposit amount will be dependent on the information given below.
Deposit and Guarantors:
Deposit will be equivalent to one month’s rent if the following criteria are met:
The Tenant/s is in full time employment. We require to see at least one proof of Salary within the last 2 months i.e. a wage slip.
Tenants not in full time employment will require a Guarantor form. This must be completed for each and every tenant and the guarantor must reside within Europe.
If Guarantors cannot be provided for every tenant, the tenancy will be subject to 2 month’s deposit.
